Refund, Exchange, and Return Policy - NOTEFUL
At NOTEFUL, we are committed to delivering the best products and customer service. We ensure strict quality control before shipping each product, taking extra care in packaging to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. In case of any issues, we have a clear process for returns, exchanges, and refunds, ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction.
1. Damaged Goods / Pilferage
Please inspect your package upon receipt. If you notice any signs of tampering with the packaging or repacking, do not accept the package and reject it immediately. If the packaging appears intact but you find the product damaged or missing items after opening, please contact us promptly. Send us a clear photo of the product and the packaging via our WhatsApp chat support. We will review the issue and take corrective action.
2. Cancellation After Payment
We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders received before 12 PM are shipped the same day, and orders after 4 PM are shipped the next day. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please reach out to us immediately via WhatsApp. Our customer care team will assist you with alternate product options or help you hold the shipment. For any payment difference, we will either refund the excess amount or send you a payment link for any additional charges.
3. Returns
We have two types of return scenarios:
a) Product Doesn’t Meet Expectations
Sometimes, products may look different online than in reality. If you receive a product that doesn't meet your expectations, please make sure it is unused, in its original packaging, and with all warranty cards and invoices. Repack the product securely and return it to us at the address below. Once the product is received and processed, the amount paid will be credited to your Payment source which you can use for future purchases.
b) Manufacturing Defects or Malfunctions
If the product has a manufacturing defect or malfunction, please contact us immediately and provide images or videos of the issue via WhatsApp. We will review the problem and take necessary corrective action. In this case, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories and warranty cards. We will provide you with a shipping label for the return. Please ensure the packaging is secure when returning the item.
4. Solving Usage Mismatch
If you're unsure about the usage or features of the product received, please reach out to our expert team via WhatsApp. We will guide you through the correct product usage, helping you before you decide to return or exchange the item.
Terms & Conditions of Return/Exchange Policy
- Time Limit: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 3 working days from the date of receiving your order.
- Customized Products: Customized or personalized products are not eligible for exchange or return.
- Fountain Pens: Used fountain pens will not be accepted for return or exchange. Pens that have been customized or tuned based on your specific instructions are also non-returnable.
- Consumables: Consumable items like refills, ink bottles, ink cartridges, and papers are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Packaging: Please ensure that the product is properly packaged when returning. Use the original packaging if possible, to prevent damage during transit. We are not responsible for any damage to returned items due to improper packaging.
- Refund/Exchange Processing: Refunds and exchanges will only be processed after the returned product has been received and passed through our quality check.
