Shipping Methods, Delivery Times & Tracking

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

We partner with leading courier services such as Blue Dart, FedEx, Delhivery, etc., to ship products across India. The courier partner for your region is determined by the availability of services in your area.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM are typically shipped on the same day or within 24 hours.
  • Once the shipment is dispatched, you will receive automated email and SMS updates with tracking details.
  • We primarily ship via Air Freight, which ensures delivery within 2 working days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates, and delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. NOTEFUL reserves the right to extend the delivery timelines in such cases.

International Shipping

We use EMS Speed Post and UPS as preferred shipping partners for international deliveries. The preparation of international orders may take up to 3 days to ensure safe packaging and the completion of necessary formalities.

Shipping Restrictions

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Currently, there are no specific restrictions within India. However, if we face any accessibility issues for specific regions or cities, our customer support team will work with you to find the best alternative.

International Shipping

Please note that liquid products, such as inks, are restricted for international shipping. If ink products are ordered by mistake, we will refund the cost of the ink and ship only the items that can be legally and safely shipped internationally.


Missing or Lost Packages

In the rare event that a package is lost during transit, we will initiate a tracking process and wait up to 30 days to locate and re-ship the package to your address. If the package cannot be located after 30 days, we will issue a full refund.


Pre-Order Products Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing NOTEFUL for your pre-order. We take pride in delivering your orders as promptly as possible. However, please note that most pre-order products are sourced from international brands, and unforeseen challenges may cause delays in delivery.

  • The typical delivery time for pre-order products ranges from 30 to 60 days, depending on the brand and availability.
  • In rare cases, if the product is sold out or if delivery is delayed beyond our control, we may request an extension for the delivery or, in some cases, cancel the order.
  • If the order is canceled due to these issues, we will issue a full refund of the amount paid.
